Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 16.855(10). Wisconsin Statutes, that the Division believes it is in the best interests of the State to contract the following work from only one source, without the usual statutory procedures:

Provide all engineering labor and materials to perform Direct Digital Control (DDC) work described in specification section 23 09 24 for this project.

Work by North American Mechinical Inc.

The proprietary work listed herein to be covered by a contract which will be executed after Tuesday, October 03, 2023
