Introduction to WisBuild



Welcome to WisBuild,

WisBuild is an in-house developed web application used as a collaborative tool for managing building projects under the State of Wisconsin's capital building program as administered by the Department of Administration (DOA), Division of State Facilities (DSF). There are over 3,000 active users of WisBuild, which include internal state agency staff and external users from various architectural, engineering, and contractor firms under contract with DOA/DSF. Key functions of WisBuild include vendor contract/payment management, construction change management, A/E selection, design review scoring, electronic plan distribution, and project closeout.
